Forms alliance with Ernst & Young

Q Multimedium Limited and leading professional services firm Ernst &
Young Australia have formed a Western Australian based strategic
alliance to provide clients with an extensive range of e-commerce
business solutions and expert advisory services.

"The new alliance will allow Ernst & Young the ability to provide the
full set of skills and capabilities required to meet our client's
needs in the emerging new media arena," said Mr Lee Gimblett, head of
e-Risk Solutions at Ernst & Young.

"Our alliance with QMM is part of a wider strategy for growth through
alliances, joint ventures and acquisitions with established content
providers in the e-business marketplace. QMM is a leading broadband
content and technology provider serving a local, national and

sector. Client reviews will be aimed at suggesting and implementing

on-line marketing techniques. 


QMM listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 1999. The
company was established in 1982 and pioneered digital pre-press
production and digital imaging for the print industry in Australia.
