Q Multimedium Limited and leading professional services firm Ernst &
Young Australia have formed a Western Australian based strategic
alliance to provide clients with an extensive range of e-commerce
business solutions and expert advisory services.

"The new alliance will allow Ernst & Young the ability to provide the
full set of skills and capabilities required to meet our client's
needs in the emerging new media arena," said Mr Lee Gimblett, head of
e-Risk Solutions at Ernst & Young.

"Our alliance with QMM is part of a wider strategy for growth through
alliances, joint ventures and acquisitions with established content
providers in the e-business marketplace. QMM is a leading broadband
content and technology provider serving a local, national and
international client base," Mr Gimblett said.

"Our focus is not on creating products and then looking for clients,
instead, we will be using the Strength of our alliance to talk to our
clients about their specific needs and then address them with unique
soup-to-nuts solutions which competitors cannot easily replicate," he
said.

With E-Business continuing to change the expectations surrounding
customer service requirements, Ernst & Young will benefit from QMM's
combined experience and strong reputation both in Australia and
overseas for multimedia development. For QMM, the alliance offers an
enormous opportunity to tap into Ernst and Young's worldwide business
network.

QMM Managing Director, Mr Jim Kennedy said; "It makes perfect sense
for us to join forces with an organisation of Ernst & Young's calibre
and business expertise."

"Our customers are rapidly moving toward conducting a large portion
of their business transactions and marketing activities online and we
need to make sure they are getting the best possible advice right
from the Start. As a result of this alliance we are in a very sound
position to offer unparalleled, complete e-commerce services," Mr
Kennedy said.

Tailored solutions will be developed for clients on a variety of new
media platforms including broadband internet services, wireless
Internet applications and CD ROM. Business solutions and marketing
collateral in traditional print format will also be offered, in
addition to both company's existing online business tools and
services.

The alliance will enable both companies to review client operations
and target government enterprises, corporates and the emerging growth
sector. Client reviews will be aimed at suggesting and implementing
time and cost saving e-commerce solutions as well as cost effective
on-line marketing techniques.
